7kbetbr Terms and Conditions — Platform Usage Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of all services offered by 7kbetbr through the platform available at 7kbetbr.best and on any associated mobile application. By accessing the platform, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager, the user expressly and irrevocably declares that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in their entirety.

2. Registration and User Account

To use 7kbetbr's services, users must create a personal account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each individual may hold only an active account at 7kbetbr. Creating duplicate, multiple, or fake accounts is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in the immediate cancellation of all accounts involved and the forfeiture of any accumulated balance or bonuses.

To create an account on 7kbetbr, the user must:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age;
• Be a resident of Brazil;
• Provide your full name exactly as it appears on your official ID;
• Provide a valid CPF belonging to the account holder;
• Provide a valid email address and an active mobile number registered in Brazil;
• Create a strong personal password with at least 8 characters, including both letters and numbers;
• Not be subject to any active self-exclusion measure on betting platforms.

The user is solely responsible for the security of their login credentials. 7kbetbr is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from the user's negligence in storing or sharing their password. 3. Identity Verification (KYC)

4. Deposits

5. Withdrawals

7kbetbr processes withdrawals exclusively in reais (R$) to bank accounts and Pix keys held in the name of the registered user. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 50.00. No withdrawal fee is charged by 7kbetbr at any level.

Processing times vary according to the user's VIP level:

• Bronze and Silver — up to 10 minutes via Pix after approval;
• Gold — up to 10 minutes via Pix with priority processing;
• Platinum — up to 5 minutes via Pix, separate priority queue;
• Diamond — under 5 minutes via Pix, immediate processing.

Withdrawals may be held for additional review in the following cases: first withdrawal on the account, withdrawal exceeding R$ 10,000.00, pending KYC documentation, or unusual account activity. In these cases, the review period is up to 48 business hours. The user will be notified by email if any additional verification is required.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

7kbetbr offers a welcome bonus, weekly cashback through the VIP Program, reload bonuses, and periodic promotions. Each bonus has specific conditions that the user should read carefully before activating. The general conditions applicable to all bonuses are:

• Bonuses are credits valid for bets on the platform only — they cannot be withdrawn directly;
• The rollover (wagering requirement) for each bonus is specified in the corresponding promotion;
• The 100% welcome bonus up to R$ 500.00 requires a minimum deposit of R$ 20.00 via Pix or boleto bancário;
• The VIP Program's weekly cashback carries a rollover of just 1x, the lowest of all promotions;
• Bonuses have an expiration date indicated in each offer — expired bonus balances are automatically cancelled;
• 7kbetbr reserves the right to cancel bonuses in cases of abusive use, low-risk betting to meet rollover requirements, or violation of these Terms.

Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion. 7kbetbr may modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time, without affecting rights already acquired prior to the change.

7. Sports Betting

7kbetbr offers Sports Betting across a range of sports including, but not limited to: football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sudamericana, and international leagues), volleyball, NBB basketball, MMA/UFC, tennis, e-sports, and more. The specific rules for each sport and betting market are available in the help panel for each event on the platform.

General Sports Betting rules at 7kbetbr:

• Bets are final once confirmed — a confirmed bet cannot be cancelled;
• Odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed;
• Events canceled or abandoned before their regular conclusion are settled according to each sport's specific rules;
• Live (in-play) bets are subject to data delays and may be refused by the system in cases of inconsistency;
• Bets placed based on insider information, match-fixing, or any other form of fraud will be voided and the account may be closed;
• 7kbetbr may limit or refuse bets from users who show an abusive or unusual betting pattern inconsistent with their account profile.

8. Casino Games

The 7kbetbr game catalog includes slots, live casino (roulette, blackjack, baccarat, game shows), crash games (Aviator, JetX, and others), and card games such as classic online blackjack. All games are provided by certified suppliers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, Hacksaw Gaming, and Nolimit City.

9. VIP Program

The 7kbetbr VIP Program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond — with automatic progression based on points accumulated through bets placed on the platform. Enrollment is automatic for all users with an active account.

• The bet-to-points conversion rate varies by category: 1 point per R$ 1.00 on slots and crash games; 1 point per R$ 2.00 on Live Casino; 1 point per R$ 5.00 on Sports Betting;
• Points do not expire while the account is active. Accounts inactive for more than 90 days may have points above the current tier minimum reviewed;
• VIP status once reached is maintained permanently, provided at least one bet is placed every 90 days;
• The benefits of each tier — cashback, withdrawal limits, and access to a personal account manager — take effect immediately upon upgrade;
• Weekly cashback is calculated on the net amount lost from Monday to Sunday and credited as bonus balance every Monday;

10. Prohibited Conduct

Use of the 7kbetbr platform is conditional on compliance with a set of conduct rules. The following practices are expressly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or closure, along with forfeiture of balances and bonuses:

• Creating more than one personal account on the platform;
• Providing false information or fraudulent documents during registration or KYC verification;
• Using another person's account or allowing third parties to use your account;
• Making deposits using payment methods belonging to third parties;
• Use automation software, bots, scripts, or any mechanism that automates actions on the platform;
• Exploiting technical glitches, bugs, or vulnerabilities in games or on the platform;
• Placing bets for the purpose of money laundering or any other illegal activity;
• Abusing bonuses through minimal-risk bets to artificially fulfill rollover requirements;

In cases of closure due to a violation of these Terms, 7kbetbr may retain balances derived from irregular activity. Legitimate balances from bets not affected by the irregularity will be returned to the user following review and identity verification, within up to 15 business days.

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time via live chat or by emailing suporte@7kbetbr.best. Requests to reopen accounts closed due to self-exclusion are subject to review and will only be approved after the minimum exclusion period has been served.

14. Limitation of Liability

7kbetbr makes ongoing efforts to keep the platform available and running smoothly. However, the platform is provided "as is" and 7kbetbr does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues beyond 7kbetbr's control.

7kbetbr is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from the user's internet connection failures during a gaming session;

• Financial losses resulting from bets placed on the platform — the user bears full responsibility for their own decisions;

• Unauthorized access to the user's account resulting from the user's own negligence in storing their credentials.

In any case, 7kbetbr's maximum liability to the user is limited to the amount of the available balance in the user's account at the time of the event giving rise to the claim.
